Loren Miller has contributed to one Oscar winner, two nominees, and three student Oscar winners in documentary categories, along with many other prizewinners for his clients over the years. Today, he edits freelance, produces Vodcast reports for Imagine News (Boston), Digital Production Buzz (LA), and independent documentaries under his own brand. He teaches Advanced Editing 476 at Emerson College, covering both Avid and Final Cut Pro systems. He is a founding member of the Boston Final Cut Pro User Group. He has contributed to training books on FCP and Avid, including Focal's popular Avid Editing by Sam Kauffmann, which bundled the FCP KeyGuideT for the college market.
