He has worked for clients including Sapient, Razorfish, Hearst Digital, Schering-Plough, and Standard & Poor's. He has published articles in the areas of information architecture and library science. Kwong Bor Ng (PhD) is an associate professor at the Graduate School of Library and Information Studies of Queens College, CUNY, where he teaches advanced level technologies courses like ""Metadata and XML"", ""Database Construction"" and ""Web Programming"". Besides teaching, Dr. Ng has also been working as a consultant for research projects, including projects sponsored by the National Science Foundation and DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency). His research interests are in the technical and technological areas of knowledge representation and organization. Dr. Ng has published more than 20 academic papers in refereed journals. His book, Using XML, was published by Neal Schuman in 2007.
