Erkin unwittingly transcribes a message that throws humanity into chaos - a chilling blueprint for invasion by the Ætherians, beings of pure energy who view humanity's analog technology as an existential threat.
From the shadows, the League of Magnetosphere Navigators emerges, dispatching Frances Miller, a pragmatic operative, to recruit Erkin.  Their mission: unite the fiercely independent asteroid miners of the Outer Belt and defend humanity's analog legacy.  Aboard the clattering steam-powered airship, *Aurora's Whisper*, Erkin and Frances embark on a perilous journey, navigating treacherous asteroid fields and forging uneasy alliances with shrewd barons and reclusive inventors.
