The first case is about a vengeful murder at Parsley Manor,Arthur Reginald Beanstock, butler of the manor, soon sees the investigation exceeding local police capabilities.Another murder occurs shortly thereafter.Only this time it involves the lordships housekeeping staff.Beanstock puts his investigative skills to the test. And uncovers evidence of a conspiracy that transports him deeply into the past.Back to an era when spies still had a licence to kill. And Cambridge attracted more than merely students.
I live and work in Magdeburg. Great Britain has been a dream destination for me for a long time. That is why my stories take place in this wonderful country. This is the first book in the Beanstock series that I am publishing in English. Ten books in this cozy crime series have now been published. In my second cozy crime, Barrington, I tell the story from the perspective of a Scottish pub landlord, who works as a hobby detective. My fantasy youth book series, Peter Scott and the Lions of England, takes place in a fantastic world among London, Edinburgh and Cardiff. Young Peter realizes that not everything is as it seems.
