Mike Gould is a former Head of English and an experienced author who has written over 150 books and other resources for teachers and students, including GCSE and IGCSE textbooks and digital support material. He has also been a Senior Lecturer in English and Education, teaching the history of the English language, creative writing and how to apply new technologies to the English classroom. Beth Kemp has been teaching and examining English Language for almost 20 years, and writing about it for 10, as well as working with other teachers to help improve language teaching, especially on developing teacher confidence for literature specialists. She has studied Modern Languages, Literature and some of the fascinating links to be found between words, books and society.
