The book chronicles Rick's adventures as he and his fellow pirates embark on a quest to collect the fabled seven medallions that are said to be key to a island filled with treasure and a portal to the world of mystics who possess magical powers. On the way, Rick must battle a Lava Dragon, Kraken and other larger than life sea creatures, plus brave many challenges, including competition from the fierce Captain Blackblade. Formidable as his enemies may be, fortunately he also has his friends like Tugger, Timmy and Morano to help him. Filled with action, humor and unexpected twists and turns, this book is sure to captivate children of all ages.
