Meet the Glumm twins: Dolores and Tristan. Their 11th birthday party is going to be the best day ever! But when some friends can't make it and Arianna brings her annoying little brother, they're convinced the whole party is ruined.
Everyone feels sad, frustrated, and discouraged sometimes, but difficult feelings don't have to stop us from missing out on important things. Follow Dolores and Tristan's journey and learn how the brain gets stuck in sadness, how normal that is, and what we can do about it.
Based on the principles of acceptance and commitment therapy, this workbook is packed full of fun and engaging activities for children aged 8-12. It also includes a section for parents and caregivers with advice on how best to support your child.
