His background includes teaching Ethics, Comparative Religion, Intercultural Communications, and Intercultural Relations. He has written many peer-reviewed articles on the relationship between values, happiness, and success. He is an award-winning author with a publication award from Emerald Publishing. He has also written a number of articles for wellness magazines on holistic well-being, self-cultivation, personal growth, and the integral experience. He is the founder and coordinator of "A Value-based Approach to Sustainability Planning" and "The Regional Peace Network".
