Reforms in modern society have created a social space where, along with economic transformations, people's attitudes are also changing. And these changes are not always positive. Inter-ethnic and inter-confessional relations are often exacerbated. Varying from positive to negative, the attitude to establishing communicative contacts with representatives of different ethnic groups depends on the subjective attractiveness of the images they construct. The attractiveness of the images depends on the acceptance of their personal and behavioral characteristics. Possessing subjective readiness to communicate with representatives of other ethnic groups is combined with the presence of a positive image of the subject of interethnic interaction. An insignificant amount of knowledge and adequate ideas about the persons of other ethnic groups is accompanied by the development of a negative attitude towards them, which can hardly be corrected. The work presents a program that allows to make this correction.
Ghazaryan, Kristina Kristina Andronikovna Ghazaryan graduated from Southern Federal University with a degree in psychology. She has successfully developed and implemented trainings and a program to develop positive attitudes among representatives of different ethnic groups.
