SHARON-ANN GOPAUL-McNICOL is Associate Professor in the School of Education at Howard University. Originally from Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies, she is an international expert in multicultural assessment. Over the past ten years, Dr. Gopaul-McNicol assessed at least 2,400 students in New York, California, Connecticut, New Jersey, Washington, London, and several countries from the English, Spanish, and French speaking Caribbean. The author of three cross-cultural books and several journal articles, Dr. Gopaul-McNicol has given presentations throughout the world both on electronic media and various international conferences.
