Autor

Marion Knaths, born 1968 in Wolfenbüttel, has succeeded where not many women succeed, to reach a top position. After studying at the academy for economics in Hamburg, she started her career with a big Hamburg company where she became the youngest member of the executive staff. In 2004 she became a freelance consultant. Her company "sheboss" offers seminars for women in leading positions, as well as coaching at home and abroad. Marion Knaths lives in Hamburg.
