Dr Jane Shakespeare-Finch is a Professor in the School of Psychology and Counselling at Queensland University of Technology. Jane has taught a wide variety of topics in psychology for more than 20 years including Psychological Trauma, Individual Differences and Assessment, and Health Psychology. Professor Shakespeare-Finch is an internationally renown researcher in psychological trauma specialising in posttraumatic growth and ways in which positive post-trauma changes can be promoted. She has extensive experience conducting research with people who have experienced trauma including many years working with emergency service organisations. Jane has published more than 100 peer-reviewed works.
