Catherine Baker is an editor, consultant and writer specialising in children’s reading development throughout the Primary years. She has worked in educational publishing for over 30 years, and has written over 50 books for children and teachers. Melanie Mitchell is a native of Texas. With her husband Scott, Melanie has lived in Belgium and South Korea, as well as several cities in the U.S. She is widely traveled and able to bring a variety of settings, experiences and an understanding of different cultures into her work.
