H.L. Kaila earned his Masters’ degree in Psychology from Guru Nanak Dev University, Doctorate from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), and has 30 years professional experience in the field of Industrial /Organizational Psychology, Women at work, Counselling/School Psychology. He has published books and articles and participated in national and international conferences. He pioneered Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) training in India and is a member expert panel for National Safety Council. He served at the Central Labour Institute, Ministry of Labour for 10 years and at the SNDT Women’s university for 18 years at Mumbai. He has been a resource person for many reputed organizations. Dr. Kaila represented India at the International Conferences at New York, Berlin, Muscat, Rome, New Zealand, London and Sydney. Presently, he is Emeritus Professor at JJT University, Rajasthan, and BBS project director at GAIL India.
