It provides an analysis of the contribution of these terms to the meaning of the sentences in which they are used and the structure of thoughts adopted in assertions about fictional characters.

Angelo Napolano started his work on non-referential terms at the University of Milan as a graduate student. He has attended various international conferences and workshops, completing his work on fictional names as a research student at the University of Nottingham.
