This is a new edition of all extant texts and fragments of Livius Andronicus, of Naevius, the Tragici Minores and the Fragmenta Adespota with comprehensive apparatus and appendices. It offers all fragments in their respective context, with comments ordered according to the different lemmata. The apparatus concern especially the transmission of the text as well as the literary history of the fragments in modern times, including the text revisions adopted from earlier editions. The volume is complemented by a list of scribal abbreviations and references, indices of the sources and all words that appear in the texts, an overview of the meters employed as well as concordances with other relevant editions of the tragic poets.
