Richard Boateng is a Professor in Information Systems at the University of Ghana Business School. He is a technology researcher who focuses on developing, communicating, protecting, promoting ideas and concepts into projects of commercial value and development impact. Sheena Lovia Boateng is a senior lecturer at the Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the University of Ghana Business School. Her research interests span artificial intelligence and marketing, gender and technology, influencer marketing, online pharmaceutical marketing, online relationship marketing, digital business, and electronic learning. Her research has been widely published. Thomas Anning-Dorson is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Wits Business School, University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa and a Research Associate at the School of Consumer Intelligence and Information Systems, University of Johannesburg. Thomas is an enthusiastic scholar and management consultant with a keen interest in the issues of Innovation, Strategy, Digitalization, Enterprise Growth, and Marketing in Emerging Markets. Emmanuel Awuni Kolog is a Data Scientist and Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana. His research interests span a diverse spectrum, covering Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Behavioral Computing. Beyond academia, Dr. Kolog has made substantial contributions through capacity building and consulting services. Beyond academia, Joseph Budu is an accomplished consultant, providing valuable insights into digital platforms and responsible AI. His consultancy work also extends to collaborating with organizations seeking innovative solutions at the crossroads of technology and entrepreneurship. John Serbe Marfo, a lecturer at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana, in the Department of Supply Chain and Information Systems, is a distinguished figure in information systems, artificial intelligence (AI), and entrepreneurship. Dr. Marfo is both a researcher and consultant, specializing in big data analytics, AI, health informatics, supply chain digitalization and eLearning. Obeng Darko Ennin is a distinguished professional in the field of information technology, with an academic background including a master’s degree in management information systems from Coventry University, UK. His career is marked by leadership and technical roles. He is also the founder of Intellite IT solutions, a software development company. Currently, he is excelling as the Digital Economy Lead for a leading international organization.
