Following a career in Human Resource management and Training and Development, David Duerden set up his own management development consultancy (DDA Consulting) in 1988. Since then he has provided consultancy and training solutions for a wide range of people management problems from basic skills development to board level strategy planning. He has worked for clients in the UK, USA, Europe and occasionally elsewhere in the world.
