L&T IPM hosted an E-Conclave on the theme "Project Management Strategies for Predictable Results (PMPR)" via Microsoft Teams on 14th December 2021. These are the proceedings of the Conclave.
The infrastructure sector is critical to India's overall development and is given high priority by the Indian government for initiating policies that would ensure time-bound creation of world class infrastructure in the country. L&T has demonstrated its resilience by completing critical projects during Covid-19 and winning mega projects in the face of stiff competition. In today's environment, "failure is not an option," and achieving predictable outcomes is critical for both business and project owners/clients. As the pressure to deliver construction/EPC projects increases in a difficult market and uncertain times, it is important to share best practises, discuss solutions openly, and innovate better ways to improve project profitability and further solidify L&T's reputation as the most dependable partner in achieving project results.
