He is a Fellow of the IET and a member of multiple standards committees in IEEE. Zhonglei Li, PhD, is Associate Professor at the Key Laboratory of Smart Grid of Education Ministry, School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin, China.
