Dr. Valentina Emilia Balas is currently Full Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, Romania. She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Electronics and Telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Dr. Balas is the author of more than 250 research papers in refereed journals and international conferences. Her research interests are in intelligent systems, fuzzy control, soft computing, smart sensors, information fusion, modeling, and simulation. She is Editor-in-Chief to International Journal of Advanced Intelligence Paradigms (IJAIP) and to International Journal of Computational Systems Engineering (IJCSysE), an Editorial Board member of several national and international journals, and Director of Intelligent Systems Research Centre in Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad. She is a member of EUSFLAT and SIAM and a senior member of IEEE, a member in TC – Fuzzy Systems (IEEE CIS), a member in TC – Emergent Technologies (IEEE CIS), and a member in TC – Soft Computing (IEEE SMCS). Professor Aboul Ella Hassanein is Founder and Chairman of the Scientific Research Group in Egypt, Cairo University (SRGE), and Professor of Information Technology at the Faculty of Computer and Artificial Intelligence, Cairo University. Professor Hassanien is Ex-Dean of the faculty of computers and information, Beni Suef University. Professor Hassanien has more than 1000 scientific research papers published in prestigious international journals and over 45 edited books/textbooks covering such diverse topics as data mining, medical images, intelligent systems, bioinformatics, social networks, aerospace engineering, and smart environment. His other research areas include computational intelligence, medical image analysis, security, animal identification, space sciences and telemetry mining and multimedia data mining. Prof. Hassanien won several awards including the Best Researcher of the Youth Award of Astronomy and Geophysics of the National Research Institute, Academy of Scientific Research (Egypt, 1990). He also received the State Award for Excellence in Engineering Sciences 2015. He holds the Medal of Sciences and Arts first-class from President of Egypt (2017). Dr. Satyajit Chakrabarti is Pro-Vice Chancellor, University of Engineering & Management, Kolkata and Jaipur Campus, India and Director of Institute of Engineering & Management, IEM. As the Director of one of the most reputed organizations in Engineering & Management in Eastern India, he launched a PGDM Program to run AICTE approved Management courses, Toppers Academy to train students for certificate courses, and Software Development in the field of ERP solutions. Dr. Chakrabarti was Project Manager in TELUS, Vancouver, Canada from February 2006 to September 2009, where he was intensively involved in planning, execution, monitoring, communicating with stakeholders, negotiating with vendors and cross-functional teams, and motivating members. His research interest includes Data Mining, Nano Electronics, Nanotechnology. He has got many journal and conference publications and edited books to his credit. Dr. Lopa Mandal is currently Professor of Department of Information Technology, Institute of Engineering & Management, Kolkata, India. She has completed her M.Tech/IT and Ph.D (Engineering) from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. Her research interest includes Artificial Intelligence, Data analytics, Distributed & cloud computing, Mobile computing and Learning technologies. She has got many National and International journal and conference publications and book chapters to her credit. She has been a Technical Program Committee member of different International Conferences and editorial/review board member of International Journals. She has been the convener or organizing chair and also part of the organizing committee of different International Conferences. She is also a member of Computer Society of India. She has got around 20 years of work experience in industry and academia.
