Adopting an interdisciplinary approach, the author covers BSI, ISO and ECS standards and regulations and explores real-world calibration procedures and measuring instruments. A set of conversion tables between Imperial and SI units is also provided. The overall aim of the book is to serve as an accessible reference to the non-technical reader.
