Ian J. Bickerton is an Honorary Associate Professor of History at the University of New South Wales, Australia. His publications include The Struggle for Peace in the Middle East (2015), The Arab-Israeli Conflict: A Guide for the Perplexed (2012), and A History of the Arab-Israeli Conflict, 7th edition (2015, with Carla Klausner). Carla L. Klausner is a Curator’s Distinguished Teaching Professor Emerita at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, USA. Her publications include The Seljuk Vezirate: A Study of Civil Administration, 1055–1194 (1973), From Destruction to Rebirth: The Holocaust and the State of Israel (1978, with Joseph Schultz), and A History of the Arab-Israeli Conflict, 7th edition (2015, with Ian Bickerton).
