Peter V. Lacouture is a partner at Robinson & Cole LLP, resident in the firm's Providence, Rhode Island, office. Pete has practiced law in Providence since 1972, concentrating his practice in the areas of public utility and other facility siting, and environmental and land use law. Pete earned a B.A. from Yale University and an LL.B. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1972.
