Jay Shiner is the strength and conditioning co-ordinator for the Baltimore Orioles. He works primarily in minor league player development and assists the Major League strength coach Time Bishop in monitoritng all strength and conditioning activities throughout the organisation. Tim Bishop has been the strength and conditioning coach at the Baltimore Orioles for the past 12 years. He holds a bachelor degree in human movement and sport studies and a masters degree in exercise science.
