Susan Breier's desire to sew resurfaced after an early retirement. The colors and the various textures of fabrics had fascinated her since childhood. As an adult, classes in garment and drapery construction filled her extra time. Later, quilt making left many usable scraps and a large fabric stash. The inability to part with these scraps lead to using them in this beginner friendly method.
