George Motz is a documentary filmmaker and America's foremost hamburger expert. He has taught a course on hamburgers at NYU and has consulted for many hamburger restaurants. Hamburger America (the film) became required viewing in a food course at Princeton University and was nominated for a James Beard award. He lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and two children.
