Gary Watt is a Professor of Law at the University of Warwick. In 2009, he was named Law Teacher of the Year, and in 2010, he was made a National Teaching Fellow by the Higher Education Academy (now Advance HE). He is the author of other OUP books including Equity & Trusts Law Directions and Cases & Materials on Equity & Trusts.
