This new edition of the "Law Society of Ireland Manual on European Law" has been comprehensively revised and updated to include all recent developments in the area of EU Law. It covers all important new cases and legislation. The Competition Law section has been expanded to cover the area of Public Sector Competition and to include ongoing developments in the area of Mergers.
