New additions to the text include the impact of the Charities Act 1992 and the development of the informal acquisition of equitable interests in the home for cohabitees. Also, the new stricter liabilites imposed on third parties involved in dishonest breaches of fiduciary duty are discussed in light of the latest defence of change of position.
