Dr. Yellapu V Murty is the President of MC Technologies, LLC. His research focuses on materials, manufacturing, and product development, with a particular emphasis on the utilization of rare earths and rare metals in technology. He obtained his PhD from the University of Connecticut. He is involved in a plethora of Materials Science societies, including ASM International, The Minerals, Metals and Materials Society, and the Materials Research Society. Mr. Jack Lifton is a Founding Principal of Technology Metals Research, LLC. He is a consultant, author, and lecturer with a focus on the application of rare earth and rare metals to modern technology. He has training as a physical chemist, with a specilization in high-temperature metallurgy. His current work is as a due-diligence consultant for institutions, although he has also worked in research, marketing and manufacturing, and trading in metals and rare metals. He is currently a Senior Fellow of the Institute for the Analysis of Global Security.
