Sebacina vermifera, an arbuscular mycorrhiza like fungi with axenically cultivable characteristics, has opened a new vista in the field of symbiotic interaction with wide host spectrum of plants. Exploration of its multifaceted potentials for improved plant growth and performance is an area of interest for scientists across the globe.
