Beth Rosen, MS, RD, CDN is a weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian specializing in GI nutrition and disordered eating who has been working in the field of nutrition for almost 30 years. In her private practice, Beth helps clients find relief from digestive disorders such as irritable bowel disease (IBS), small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), gastroparesis, gastoesophageal reflux disease, and celiac disease. Beth herself suffered from gut issues for years before she fought for a diagnosis of post-infectious IBS by advocating for herself and educating herself on GI issues. She lives on Long Island with her husband who has microscopic colitis, her daughter who has lactose intolerance, and two dogs with food allergies. Miraculously, her son manages to tolerate all foods to this day.
