Lisa Holtby is an Affiliated Anusara Yoga instructor who has taught yoga since 1993, including two years of teaching classes for people living with cancer. She also founded Positive Yoga, the first national, all-volunteer yoga benefit for breast cancer research. She lives in Seattle.
