This video explains and demonstrates the main types of muscle energy techniques. The accompanying explanatory booklet allows users to dip into the video and find the section required and the video itself contains "signposts" at frequent intervals to help with this.
A 55 minute video which explains and demonstrates the main types of muscle energy techniques. Designed to be used on its own but ideally to be used in combination with the book (see separate PQ attached).
