Elizabeth H. Yates (M.S., Rutgers) is the Associate Editor of the Worker's Compensation Monitor. Previously she was a Benefits Planning Program Analyst at IBM. John F. Burton, Jr. is Dean of the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers. He has written several books and articles on workers compensation and edits the Worker's Compensation Monitor.
