His area of interest includes marketing management, organizational behaviour, services marketing, customer engagement, digital marketing, human resource management, blockchain technology, big data and organizational development. He is on Editorial Advisory Board as a member in 110 national and international peer reviewed journals. He is Managing Editor of International Journal of 360° Management Review. He has served as member of technical committee in many international conferences. |Fazla Rabby - Editor|Dr. Fazla Rabby is an accomplished academic and professional with a diverse background in education, management, and marketing. Holding a Ph.D. from the University of Southern Queensland, his education includes degrees and diplomas in management, leadership, and information systems from Central Queensland University and the University of Madras. As a Teaching Academic at Macquarie University and Lecturer at Canterbury Institute of Management, He delivers educational activities, assesses student progress, and contributes to curriculum development. His role as Academic Director at Stanford Institute of Management and Technology highlights his leadership in stakeholder relationships & HR management. Previously, He excelled in marketing roles, including Director of Australian Sales and Marketing and Managing Director of Sales Solutions Australia. A prolific researcher, he focuses on digital marketing, AI & consumer behavior, with upcoming projects on industry innovation in education. Meenakshi Gandhi has had a professional journey of 20 years in the academic circles, working in institutions of higher education, and has been involved in Teaching, Training, Research, Academic administration & Program management. Her expertise involves in developing students their entrepreneurial skills, a critical thinking mindset, a rational decision making approach and innovative in their work. Her work strength has been in areas of entrepreneurship, leadership development for women and capacity building for academicians both in teaching and research. She has helped organisations manage in volatile, competitive and uncertain environments and built upon skills of students and faculty with perseverance while dealing with adverse situations and building cohesiveness among teams. She has enabled institutions to gain competitive advantage by designing programs with right curricular inputs which make a student industry ready and enriches employability skills in them. In educational leadership roles she has enabled institutions create frameworks, systems, processes for quality enhancement, teaching enrichment, learning outcomes based approach to deliver accreditation potential. With her communication skills, organisation capabilities, task orientation approach and team building ability she has motivated my team to better performance both for teachers and students. As Dean Academics in management institutions she has helped shape these institutions for academic pursuits enabling faculty development, capacity building in research and case teaching, designing employable curriculum and skill development of students at graduate and undergraduate level. Shweta Saini is a research scholar at Institute of Management Studies and Research, Maharahi Dayanand University. She is qualified for the National Eligibility Test held by the National Testing Agency, India. She has published papers in peer reviewed journals listed in ABDC. Further, she has published chapters in edited books indexed in Scopus. She has participated in many national and international conferences.
