Markus Helfen actually works as Head of the Business Division SAP Technology of PRISM Informatics Deutschland GmbH. Previously he was Consulting Director of the SAP Test Management Consulting unit of SAP Deutschland AG & Co. KG. He joined SAP in 1994 and was involved in developing the SAP test-tool strategy and building a global consulting organization for SAP Testing services. He influenced the definition of the related service portfolio and worked as a program manager for the Application Lifecycle Management Consulting for SAP Deutschland GmbH & Co.KG. With his former team he drove many topics and standardized services successfully in the market, such as IT Reporting with SAP Solution Manager and SAP Business Objects Xcelsius or data anonymization with SAP Test Data Migration Server. He was also involved in a number of Test Center implementations. He has many years of experience in the corporate and customer environment, dealing with quality assurance and with testing in particular. Hans Martin Trauthwein is board member at Sofis AG, a consulting firm which -- among others -- specializes in Application Life Cycle Management with SAP Solution Manager (incl. SAP Test Management). Before working at Sofis, Hans Martin was a Principal Consultant in the SAP Test Management Consulting consulting unit of SAP Deutschland AG & Co. KG. Since 1996, he has gained wide-ranging experience, both within the group and with customers, in the areas of quality assurance, test management and automation with SAP tools and Basis technologies, and the SAP Solution Manager. He has put this know-how to good use in his project activities.
