The explosively-funny new picture book from the creators of the award-winning Sh*gged. Married. Annoyed podcast!

“The door burst open with an almighty crash!
Poo ran up the walls with a big smelly splash!
Mam and Dad gasped, the boys gave a yell
They didn’t know what was happening . . . until . . . the SMELL!”

Meet the Randal Family: Mam, Dad, Robert and Ralph. One night, Robert’s friend comes to stay, and Ralph decides he wants to stay up with the big boys. What better way to derail bedtime than with a giant poo?

But the rumbling in Ralph’s nappy doesn’t stop there. It’s a POONAMI, and it’s taken over the house. HELP!

Bedtime family fun, brought to life in POOTASTIC colour from illustrator Paula Bowles

(Chris and Rosie Ramsey's book "Sh**ged. Married. Annoyed." was a Sunday Times bestseller in September 2020)

Chris and Rosie Ramsey are best known for creating Sh**ged. Married. Annoyed., the original and genre-creating relationship podcast. The hit show has seen over 180 million downloads to date, spawned a Sunday Times #1 bestselling book and broken a Guinness World Record for the biggest live podcast show (at London's O2 Arena). Nothing short of a phenomenon, the podcast has won wide critical acclaim, sold out two UK arena tours, as well as picking up multiple awards including back-to-back National Comedy Awards for Best Podcast (2023 and 2022), a Global Award for Best Podcast and the Listeners' Choice Award at the British Podcast Awards. Always featuring in the lists of most successful podcasts across Europe recently Sh**ged. Married. Annoyed. was named the third most popular podcast in the UK by the most recent Edison Podcast Metrics UK chart, which independently ranks UK podcast listening every quarter. The couple also released a second series of their hit BBC chat show The Chris and Rosie Ramsey Show. Promoted from BBC Two to BBC One for the second series, the show received wide critical acclaim and was nominated by the public for both a National Television Award and a National Comedy Award. The show is available for catch-up on BBC iPlayer and Netflix. The couple have appeared on the much-loved CBeebies Bedtime Stories twice. Separately, Chris is known for memorably coming second on Taskmaster; being a popular semi-finalist of Strictly Come Dancing; co-hosting Children In Need four years in a row; co-hosting popular quiz show Pointless; hosting BBC One's prime time Little Mix: The Search; and regularly guest hosting The One Show.  Later this year will see Sky premiere Chris' third live stand-up special, Chris Ramsey Live From London.  Rosie is also known for popular solo appearances on television shows including Strictly Come Dancing's Christmas Special, The Great British Sewing Bee, and for co-hosting this year's Comic Relief. There's a Poonami in my House is their first children's book. Chris and Rosie Ramsey are best known for creating Sh**ged. Married. Annoyed., the original and genre-creating relationship podcast. In 2006, she was included in the AOI's Images 30, and exhibited with 'New Voices' at The Coningsby Gallery, London. Drawing, painting and imagining have always been some of her most favourite things. She loves to immerse herself in the little worlds which she creates on paper, and bring characters to life.
