Teen mental health education advocate Adam Avin is certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and is a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner. He is the youngest meditation instructor at Yoga International. He runs the Wuf Shanti Children's Wellness Foundation, a non-profit organization that teaches mindfulness and social emotional learning to 3-17 years olds (Facebook following 95,000+). He is regularly featured in publications including Mindful, Psychology Today and goop. Adam resides in Florida, USA.
