Will W.K. Ma received his MSc and MPhil in Information Systems Management from Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, and his PhD in Information Technology in Education from the University of Hong Kong. He is currently the Head of Learning Commons at the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong. His research focuses on the use of information systems for communication, knowledge sharing and knowledge creation. He has published papers in Computers & Education, Computers in Human Behaviour, Journal of Computer Assisted Learning, International Journal of Communications, Law, and Policy, and Information & Management. He served as a co-editor of the Journal of Communication and Education and editor of Cogent Social Sciences. He is also President of the Hong Kong Association for Educational Communications and Technology. Chan Wendy Wing Lam received her PhD from Hong Kong Baptist University. She is currently an Assistant Professor and Associate Programme Leader at the Department of Journalism and Communication, Chu Hai College of Higher Education. Dr. Chan’s research focuses on the journalistic presentation of consumer behavior. She currently serves as Vice President of the Hong Kong Association for Educational Communications and Technology. Cat Miaoting Cheng is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Education, University of Hong Kong. Her research focuses on the social and cultural aspects of emerging technologies, e-learning environments, and technology acceptance. She has authored or co-authored many publications including books, book chapters, journal articles, conference papers, and research reports. She is currently serving as the Secretary of the Executive Committee, Hong Kong Association for Educational Communications and Technology.
