Dr. Maria Jose Marcelino is Assistant Professor, Informatics Engineering, Department of the Faculty of Sciences and Technology at the University of Coimbra. She has published papers in several journals and contributed to several books, including Computers and Education: E-Learning, from Theory to Practice (Springer, 2007). Dr. Antonio Jose Mendes is Associate Professor, Department of Informatics Engineering, Faculty of Sciences and Technologies at the University of Coimbra. He has also served as the coordinator of University of Coimbra Distance Learning Unit since September 2010 and the director of the Department of Informatics Engineering, Faculty of Sciences and Technologies, University of Coimbra, since November 2013. Dr. Maria Cristina Gomes is currently Professor at the School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu. She is currently a Research Member of the Centre for the Study of Education.
